How to identify official communication from SQUADCOMPETIX

We take fraud prevention seriously. Please read the information below carefully to protect yourself from scams or impersonation attempts.

1. We NEVER ask for payment to release a prize

All prizes offered by SQUADCOMPETIX are awarded free of charge.

You will never be asked to:

  • pay a fee to receive your prize 
  • pay “processing”, “delivery”, or “release” charges 
  • send money via bank transfer, crypto, or any external method 

The only time you make a payment is when purchasing entry tickets through our official website.

If anyone asks you for money to claim a prize, it is a scam.

2. How we contact winners

We do NOT contact winners through:

  • Facebook messages 
  • Instagram DMs 
  • comments on posts 

Any message claiming you’ve won a prize through public social media is fraudulent.

Official winners are contacted only via:

  • registered email address used at purchase 
  • phone number linked to the account 

? Important:
For transparency during or immediately after a live draw, we may attempt to contact the selected participant using:

  • a direct phone call 
  • a WhatsApp call or message 

This will ONLY be done using the phone number registered on your account.

We will NEVER ask for any payment via WhatsApp or any messaging platform.

3. Live winner confirmation (important)

In some cases, the selected participant may be invited to join a live video call during or after the draw.

  • Participation is completely optional 
  • You will always be asked for your consent before appearing live 
  • If you choose not to participate, this does NOT affect your right to receive the prize 

Verification will always be completed securely off-camera.

4. We ONLY communicate from official domains

All official emails from SQUADCOMPETIX will come from:

  • @squadcompetix.co.uk 

Examples:

  • contact@squadcompetix.co.uk 
  • privacy@squadcompetix.co.uk 

If you receive an email from any other domain claiming to be us, it is not legitimate.

Always check the sender carefully.

5. We NEVER ask for sensitive financial or personal data outside our platform

We will never ask you to provide:

  • full banking passwords 
  • card PIN codes 
  • login credentials 
  • verification codes via email or messaging apps 

All sensitive actions are handled securely within our official platform.

6. Official draws are always transparent and public

All draws are conducted LIVE and publicly broadcast on:

  • Facebook 
  • YouTube 

If someone claims you’ve won outside of an official live draw, do not trust it.
