5.6. The complete terms governing Free Postal Entry, including the postal address, required information, entry limits, Closing Date requirements and late-entry Account Credit, are published on the Free Postal Entry Route page of the Website.
6. COMPETITION DURATION, CLOSING DATE AND DRAW DATE
6.1. Each Competition Page will state the maximum number of available Entry Numbers and any applicable calendar closing date or other closing condition.
6.2. Unless the relevant Competition Page expressly states otherwise, a Competition will remain open until all available Entry Numbers have been allocated.
6.3. The Closing Date will be the earlier of:

- any separate calendar closing date and time expressly published on the relevant Competition Page.
6.4. All entry routes for the relevant Competition will close simultaneously at the Closing Date.
6.5. Before declaring a Competition closed, the Organiser will account for all valid Postal Entries physically received before the Closing Date, even where those entries have not yet been manually entered into the Organiser’s system.
6.6. A Postal Entry physically received before the Closing Date will not be excluded solely because it had not been manually processed before the final Online Entry Number was allocated.

6.8. The Draw Date will be scheduled no earlier than seven complete calendar days after the Closing Date.
6.9. The period between the Closing Date and the Draw Date will be used to process Postal Entries, allocate Entry Numbers, verify the final entry list and prepare the winner selection process.

- contain the correct answer to the Competition Question;
- satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements; and
- were validly received before the Closing Date.

7.3. The winner selection system will not distinguish between Online Entries and Postal Entries.
7.4. Winner selection will be conducted using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
7.5. The selection result will be recorded and retained by the Organiser as evidence that the draw was conducted fairly.
7.6. Any person selected will be treated as a provisional winner until the identity, age, eligibility and entry validity requirements have been successfully verified.
