7.1. Participants may submit multiple free postal entries for the same competition, subject to any maximum entry limit stated on the relevant competition page.

7.2. Each free postal entry must be submitted in a separate envelope.
Multiple entries contained within a single envelope will be treated as one entry only.

9. Late Postal Entries and Account Credit

9.1. Where a valid free postal entry is received within 72 hours after the published Closing Date of a competition, and that competition is no longer available for entry, the entry will not be included in that draw.

9.2. In such circumstances, the Organiser may, at its discretion, apply a non-withdrawable account credit to the Entrant’s user account.

9.3. The value of this account credit will be equivalent to the standard online entry cost for the relevant competition at the time of closing.

9.4. This account credit:

  • has no cash value,
  • is not redeemable for cash or refunds,
  • is non-transferable, and
  • may only be used to enter alternative competition draws available on the Website or App via the Online Entry Route.

9.5. Account credit may only be used by the same individual to whom it was issued and must be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

10. Selection Process

10.1. All valid free postal entries included before the Closing Date are entered into the same selection process as paid entries.

11. Fraud and Abuse

11.1. Any attempt to manipulate the free entry route, including the submission of false, misleading or inconsistent information, may result in disqualification and account closure.

11.2. The Organiser reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take appropriate action where abuse is identified.
