Terms and Procedure
1. Organiser
The free postal entry route is operated by SQUADCOMPETIX LTD,
registered in England and Wales under company number 16925127,
with registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
2. Purpose of the Free Entry Route
SQUADCOMPETIX LTD offers a genuine free method of entry to its prize competitions in order to ensure equal access and to maintain the skill-based nature of the competitions in accordance with applicable United Kingdom legislation.
The free postal entry route is an alternative to paid entry and is not conditional upon any purchase.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Free postal entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3.2. Participants must hold an active user account on the website.
Account registration is free of charge and does not require any payment.
3.3. Employees, contractors or anyone professionally connected with the Organiser may be excluded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
4. Method of Free Entry
4.1. To enter a competition for free, participants must submit a postal entry by standard mail using a valid postage stamp.
4.2. Hand-delivered entries or entries submitted by courier or any method other than standard postal services will not be accepted.

5. Required Information
5.1. Each free postal entry must be clear, legible and include all of the following information:
- full name
- date of birth
- full residential address
- valid telephone number
- valid email address
- the exact name of the competition entered
- the answer to the applicable skill-based question for that competition
5.2. All information provided in the postal entry must exactly match the information registered on the participant’s user account.
5.3. Only entries containing a correct answer to the skill-based question will be considered valid.
6. Validation of Entries
6.1. Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or non-compliant entries will be automatically disqualified.
6.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for free postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected in transit.
6.3. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
7. Entry Limits
7.1. Participants may submit multiple free postal entries for the same competition, subject to any maximum entry limit stated on the relevant competition page.
7.2. Each free postal entry must be submitted in a separate envelope.
Multiple entries contained within a single envelope will be treated as one entry only.
8. ENTRY DEADLINES, CLOSING DATE AND DRAW DATE
8.1. A Postal Entry must be physically received before the Closing Date to be included in the relevant Competition.
8.2. All entry routes for the relevant Competition will close simultaneously at the Closing Date.
8.3. Before declaring a Competition closed, the Organiser will account for all valid Postal Entries physically received before the Closing Date, even where those entries have not yet been manually entered into the Organiser’s system.
8.4. A Postal Entry physically received before the Closing Date will not be excluded solely because it had not been manually processed before the final Online Entry Number was allocated.
8.5. A Postal Entry received after the Closing Date will not be included in the closed Competition, even if it was posted before the Closing Date, subject to the Account Credit provisions in Section 9.
8.6. When a Competition reaches its Closing Date, including where all available Entry Numbers have been allocated, the Organiser will confirm and prominently publish the exact Draw Date and time on the Website.
8.7. The Draw Date will be scheduled no earlier than seven complete calendar days after the Closing Date.
8.8. The period between the Closing Date and the Draw Date will be used to process Postal Entries, allocate Entry Numbers, verify the final entry list and prepare the winner selection process.
8.9. This period does not extend the entry period and does not permit any new entries to be included in the closed Competition.
9. LATE POSTAL ENTRIES AND ACCOUNT CREDIT
9.1. Where an otherwise valid Postal Entry:
• was dispatched before the Closing Date;
• is physically received no later than 48 consecutive hours after the Closing Date; and
• satisfies all requirements of this Free Postal Entry Route,
the Participant will receive Account Credit equal to the standard price of one individual Online Entry for the relevant Competition immediately before the Closing Date.
9.2. A Postal Entry qualifying for Account Credit under clause 9.1 will not be included in the closed Competition.
9.3. One Account Credit will be issued for each separately posted qualifying entry, subject to the maximum entry limit applicable to the original Competition.
9.4. Account Credit:
• has no cash value;
• cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash;
• is non-refundable;
• is non-transferable;
• may be used only by the person to whom it was issued; and
• may be used through the Online Entry Route towards one or more alternative Competitions available on the Website.
9.5. A Postal Entry received more than 48 hours after the Closing Date will not be included in the original Competition and will not generate Account Credit, a refund or any other form of compensation.
9.6. Account Credit will be issued only after the Postal Entry and the applicable dispatch, receipt, identity and eligibility requirements have been successfully validated.
10. SELECTION PROCESS
10.1. All valid Postal Entries physically received before the Closing Date will be allocated Entry Numbers and included in the same winner selection process as valid Online Entries.
10.2. All valid Online Entries and Postal Entries will be included in the winner selection process on an equal basis.
10.3. The winner selection system will not distinguish between Online Entries and Postal Entries.
10.4. Winner selection will be conducted in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
11. Fraud and Abuse
11.1. Any attempt to manipulate the free entry route, including the submission of false, misleading or inconsistent information, may result in disqualification and account closure.
11.2. The Organiser reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take appropriate action where abuse is identified.
12. Amendments
12.1. The Organiser may amend this Free Postal Entry Route in relation to Competitions that have not yet opened.
12.2. The Organiser will not make a material amendment affecting a Competition that is already open unless the amendment is reasonably necessary:
• to comply with applicable law or a regulatory requirement;
• to correct an obvious error;
• to protect the security or integrity of the Competition; or
• because of circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.
12.3. Any amendment affecting an open Competition will be communicated clearly and prominently on the Website.
12.4. An amendment will not be implemented in a manner that unfairly disadvantages Participants who participated under the original terms.
12.5. No amendment will retrospectively remove an entitlement to Account Credit where a Participant had already satisfied the applicable requirements before the amendment took effect.
13. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS
13.1. This Free Postal Entry Route must be read together with:
• the relevant Competition Page;
• the General Terms and Conditions; and
• the Privacy Policy.
13.2. The relevant Competition Page will prevail only in relation to Competition-specific information, including the prize, entry price, maximum number of entries, Closing Date and Draw Date.
13.3. This Free Postal Entry Route will prevail in relation to the submission, receipt, validation and processing of Postal Entries and the issue, calculation and use of any related Account Credit.
13.4. The General Terms and Conditions will apply in all other respects.
13.5. The Privacy Policy will govern the collection and processing of personal data.
